Chum-Chum has officially learned his name and he is very proficient in his recall and he is progressing very well with his loose leash, off leash, and crate training.

I got him to come back to me from almost 30 feet away! He also stayed in his crate with the door open for almost 20 seconds before I told him he could come through!

He is a great swimmer and went into the pond all on his own. We are ready for him to find his forever home.

Update July 5th

Chum chum is now an off-leash dog! He loves to go outside to run around and play, but he always makes sure he never wanders too far away! I’m really excited to see what else he is able to do.

He’s a very fast learner and he’s one of the smartest dogs I’ve ever met.
